She takes an extraordinary amount of time to determine what the client wants, and what is most flattering. I first saw Carmella a decade ago, and recently returned for a touch up. I highly recommend her.

20 years ago I found Carmella who I consider to be the absolute best in the business in the permanent makeup business.. Carmella first did my eyebrows then onto eyeliner then my lips., all very subtle and made my makeup look enhanced.. fast forward 20 years later and I am back at her beautiful studio to have my brows refreshed as they lasted 20 years.. If you are thinking about permanent makeup I highly recommend Carmella
