I have been a client with Permanent Cosmotology since 2018. Carmela has done remarkable enhancements to my eyebrows, upper and lower eyeliner. Currently I am looking into getting my lips done. The studio is amazing and very soothing to anyone walking in. The procedures that I had done were performed with utmost care and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Carmella did a fabulous job of applying my eyebrows, using a natural-looking shape and figuring out my best color. She is professional in her technique and artistry, taking time to explain each step, keep me comfortable, and giving me choices in my final result. I loved my experience five years ago (my eyeliner stayed perfectly!) and so I came back again!
