I always used a light touch with make up so didn't think this was for me. However, Carmella's skill of application with an innate sense of color makes her the unrivaled best. Why did I wait so long?

I highly recommend The Permanent Cosmetic & Lash Studio in Chads Ford, Pa. I had permanent eyeliner added today and it looks absolutely amazing! I so look forward to never having to do my own eyeliner again! Carmella is just about the BEST technician and she makes sure that you are happy and that the procedure comes out perfect.

20 years ago I found Carmella who I consider to be the absolute best in the business in the permanent makeup business.. Carmella first did my eyebrows then onto eyeliner then my lips., all very subtle and made my makeup look enhanced.. fast forward 20 years later and I am back at her beautiful studio to have my brows refreshed as they lasted 20 years.. If you are thinking about permanent makeup I highly recommend Carmella
