The Permanent Cosmetics Studio was established by Carmella Gibellino-Schultz in 1999 in West Chester, PA. Coming from the beauty industry with a large following, it was a natural progression for Carmella to shift her focus to this more specific niche.

Now, nearly 10 years later and performing procedures on over 1,800 happy clients, The The Permanent Cosmetic Studio is highly sought after both locally and nationally for permanent makeup solutions.

The Studio

Our modern, yet cozy studio is located in a professional office park just a turn off of Route 1, Baltimore Pike in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania—not far from the Brandywine River Museum. You will find a reception area and three state-of-the- art procedure rooms that resemble modern dental offices, but with a comfy spa environment. Carmella has been solely dedicated to the art of permanent cosmetics since 1999. A licensed cosmetologist since 1978, Carmella founded the Skin Care School and Center in 1996 and trained over 700 estheticians over the eight years she operated the school.

An expert in topical makeup application with a keen eye for detail, shape and color theory, Carmella has performed thousands of procedures and is “referred by everyone.”

Carmella’s natural skill, perfectionism, and precision are unsurpassed; she is a true artist. Her philosophy is one client at a time, they are her total focus.

Kristina Alibrando been involved and interested in the beauty industry from just a little girl. After high school she continued her education at Venus Beauty Academy in Aston, P.A. She is a licensed cosmetologist. She assisted as an apprentice for two years at Salon Voci working under owner Mark Voci (Ridley Pa). She currently is employed by Haircuts by Heather and company (Prospect Park Pa). Her specialty is hair and makeup. She has worked for little princess’s birthday parties, proms, private bridal parties, and the everyday ladies and gents. She volunteered her time as well as an expertise to Salon Moxi for the benefit Dancing Divas. For the past year she has also assisted Carmella in permanent cosmetics.
